This command gives you a preview of whatever is about to be printed out. If the drawing is color-coded, the first two buttons will be disabled. The comments line below the drawing appears only if the drawing is color-coded. Whatever is entered into the comments line appears at the bottom of the color-coded printout. This includes floor plans, stacking diagrams, and pie charts.
Extents: This button takes the entire drawing and puts it on the page.
Display: This button produces a print preview zoomed into whatever area you were looking at.
The Printer Box displays the properties of the current printer. If you want to change the printer or its current setting press the Printer Properties button.
