Select Utilities > Administration and choose Print Colors. The Print Preview dialogue box will appear. This allows you to view color patterns used when printing drawings and reports, as well as changing actual printer selections. SpaceMan gives you three options when setting the color palette for the software - PlanData, AutoCad, and Custom. PlanData and AutoCad both have their own palettes, while Custom is a hybrid of both. We at PlanData recommend using the Custom option because it gives you the "best of both worlds. It is also recommended that all users in an office use the same setting.
